This is not the ideal start we wished to see. A team with stars like ABD and VK, unable to touch three digit score.
Starting from losing the toss, today nothing good has happened for RCB.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni decided to bowl after winning the toss. From the beginning to the end, no RCB batsman was able to stand in front of CSK spinners and the whole team was out on a score of only 70 runs by the end.
None of the RCB batsmen except Parthiv Patel could get a respectable score.
Chasing 71 runs,CSK lost its first wicket early but did not have to do much muscle to win.
Also, the fact that there were only two spinners when compared to Chennai's four didn't help their cause either. Chahal was a challenge, but with the asking rate just not troubling, the batsmen had all the time in the world to only play him out. Just to imagine how further embarrassing it could have been had CSK not fumbled around in the field and let out quite a few easy runs.
Hope to see more entertainment and fight in tomorrow's match.
